The Manaslu circuit trekking – 14 days is an ideal option for travelers who have a short period of time to stay in Nepal. Yet want to explore the Manaslu region. This trek takes you into an adventurous journey as it takes you to every highlighted place of the region. The trekking path runs alongside the river valleys and through varieties of vegetation from lush tropical in lower lands to the scattered alpine up the altitude. This trek also offers a mesmerizing view of the eighth highest mountain in the world, Mt. Manaslu along with many other peaks like the Shringi Himal, Himlung, Cheo Peak, Gyagi Kung, Kang Koru, and Annapurna II during the trek. The trek takes you through Namrung, Samagaun, Lo Gaun, and many other villages offering you a great opportunity of getting an insight into the culture and tradition of the ethnic people such as The Gurungs, Rais, and Magars.

After, you arrive at the bustling capital city of Kathmandu. Where our representative will be waiting for your arrival. After you meet our representative he will be greeting you and transfer you to the hotel. As for today, there are no planned activities. You can enjoy your leisure time. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Today after having our breakfast we take a scenic drive towards maccha Khola giving us a great opportunity to explore the rural side of the country. Overnight stay at the guesthouses.

Todays trail crosses many rives as we head towards Jagat. We will be leaving Machha Khola after breakfast, as we continue on the narrow trail taking us across the Tharo Khola. Then the the trail takes us through the village of Khrolabesi before arriving at the Tatopani a natural hot spring where we will be spending some time to relax. Later as we continue our trek, along a forested ridge which leads us to a suspension bridge spanning across the Budhi Gandaki. After traversing this bridge and the path starts ascending as we cross to the west bank of the Budhi Gandaki before reaching the village of Jagat. Overnight stay in one of the guesthouses here in Jagat.

After having early morning breakfast we leave the town of Jagat and head towards Deng; the trail starts ascending to the quaint village of Sirdibs with traditional stone-built homes. From here we can get a great view of the Sringi Himal range and the view of the highest peak of the range Chamar. After we spend some time admiring the view, we head towards the Budhi Gandaki and the trail crosses a long suspension bridge leading to Philim, a larger Gurung settlement surrounded by terraced fields. Further as we continue on the trail we pass by waterfalls, Ekle Bhatti, and cross the Budhi Gandaki via a suspension bridge before we reach Deng we pass also by the village of Pewa and a small campsite before. Overnight in a comfortable guesthouse here.

Today the trail is steep yet takes us on an adventurous trek with a spectacular view and crosses the river. Further, as we continue on the trail passes through some small settlements, and along the way, we encounter Mani stones (prayer stones) carved into wayside rocks. After lunch, you’ll cross the Budhi Gandaki a few more times and follow the river to the village of Namrung. Overnight in Namrung.

After having our breakfast at Namrung as we enjoy the splendid view of the Sringi Himal and Ganesh Himal. We continue our trek taking the trail which climbs steadily through the alpine forest to reach the village of Lho Gaun. Best known for its hilltop monastery, Ribung Gompa, Lho Gaun also offers extraordinary views of Manaslu and Ngadi Chuli (sometimes called Peak 29). From town, a small detour to the nearby Pungen Glacier will reward you with stunning up-close views of Manaslu. From where we get a stunning view of Manaslu North and Manaslu. Overnight at Lho Gham.

Today Departing from Lho Gaun .we walk-on the trail taking us across the village of Shyala, a ridge before descending to Pungen Glacier. From here, the trail ascends until we reach the pastoral settlement of Samagaon Which is also regarded as the most beautiful village on the entirety of the Manaslu Circuit Trek by many travelers. The trail offers us a full view of Peaks and takes us to a side excursion of visiting Pungen to get a close-up view of Manaslu. Then the trail follows a lateral moraine of Pungen towards Samagaon. Today we will acclimatize at Samagaun as we have ascended to higher altitudes .fortunately there are some interesting places to visit at Samagaon like the Pungyen Gompa, Birendra Tal and if you want to, we can also visit the Manaslu Base Camp which is located at 4,750 meters. As we had to our destination we are offered an opportunity of getting an insight into the people living in that area. After spending some time in Manaslu base camp, we head back to the guesthouse to spend the night.

After having our breakfast, we continue our trek on the trail that crosses pasture areas and gradually starts ascending towards the valley. The Mountain views are also excellent on this part of the trail which offers us views of mountains like Manaslu. As we continue on the trail we reach Samdo (3860m), a Tibetan refugee village settlement located just a day’s walk from the Tibetan border. Overnight in Samdo. We will be spending the night in one of the guesthouses. Here, we can climb the hills behind Samdo from where it rewards us with mesmerizing views of the Himalayan peaks of Hiunchuli and Ngadi Chuli along with other mountain peaks.

After having our breakfast we head towards Dharmasala on the trail that takes us across a wooden bridge over the Budhi Gandaki and starts to ascend before we reach the seasonally active little community of Larkya Bazaar which is also an important center of trade and commerce between Tibet and Nepal. After passing through the village and the path a steadily climbs along the Sarka Khola valley, before arrival at Dharmasala. Also known as Larkya Phedi, Dharmasala consists of little more than a basic guesthouse and an assortment of campsites—but it also has a few interesting mani walls, and its views of Larkya Peak and Manaslu are hard to beat. After admiring the scenery, you’ll spend the night in the guesthouse here.

This morning, we will be crossing the high-altitude pass called Larkya La which is also known as one of the most magnificent vantage points throughout the journey. The trail begins ascending to a ridge, from where are offered great views over the valley, Larkya Peak and Cho Danda .further as we continue on the trail. As we continue to hike, we cross the moraines of Larkya Glacier. As we reach the pass, we are offered a breathtaking view of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, and Annapurna II. After we spend some time admiring this unbelievable landscape, we head toward Bimthang .the trail is steep taking us across moraines before reaching the village of Bhimphedi and also known as Bimthang. Overnight in a guesthouse.

After enjoying our breakfast as we view specular sunrise views of Manaslu, Cheo Himal, and Lamjung Himal. We take the trail that descends to the Dudh Khola you’ll start today’s hike by taking us through wide pastures to the riverbed and takes us across the river on a wooden bridge. Then the trail starts to ascend alongside terraced paddies before reaching Karche La. .From here, we get to view the Marsyangdi river .the trail takes us through the forest of rhododendron and fir trees a forested valley, and descends to the village of Tilje. Overnight at a guesthouse here.

Today after having breakfast, we descend down to Dharapani as we enjoy the beautiful landscapes and leave behind our Manaslu region. After reaching Dharapani we take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu valley. After reaching the Kathmandu valley we check-in at our hotel and later in the evening we will be going out to have a typical Nepali dinner with live folk as a farewell for you.
