Muktinath Tour Package is a spiritual tour package, which are commonly used by the Pilgrims. This tour begins from flying to a beautiful city of Nepal called Pokhara. Driving down for ten hours from Pokhara will bring you to a holy place called Muktinath. It is where the most renowned temple of Lord Vishnu known as Muktinath is located at an altitude of 3710 meters. Muktinath is believed to be a holy spot for Hindus and Buddhist pilgrims who come here every year.
Religious beliefsAlong the temple you can see a wall known as Muktidhara. It is believed that people get salvation or Moksha after taking bath from 108 sources of cold water pouring down from Annapurna ranges of mountain. There is a belief that washing under the stream will clear away all the sins of previous life as well. It is also the unification of all five Pancha Tatvas namely fire, water, sky, earth and air. This temple has many devotees mainly on the days of Rishi Tarpani, Ramnavami and Vijaya Dashami. Besides the main temple there are other sacred temples such as Jwala Mai,Swaminarayan along with Marme La Khang Gompa, Shaligram of Lord Vishnu.
Today is your first day in Nepal. We are stationed at the airport just a few hours before your arrival time to pick you up and drive to the hotel room. In the evening, we will have a briefing on the trip. Overnight at Kathmandu.
This morning you have half a day for complete sightseeing around Kathmandu City. You are accompanied by an experienced guide to UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Boudhanath stupa, Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square. We will drive for six to seven hours on a private vehicle reserved for you. Pokhara is the favorite spot for tourists arriving in Nepal. We take a short tour and spend the evening at a hotel. Today we left Pokhara and flew across to Jomsom airport. After checking in at the hotel, we hike for fifteen minutes up to the bus station and drive 22 kilometers to Ranipauwa. Then we continue hiking and ascend for thirty minutes all the way to Muktinath temple. We worship the pious God and head back to Jomsom. We spent the night at Jomsom.
Today we caught a few hours flight from Jomsom airport and landed at Pokhara airport. We do sightseeing of Pokhara visiting main places such as Bindabasini temple, Seti Gandaki river, Devi’s fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave, Barahi temple and do boating at Phewa lake. Evening at a hotel in Pokhara.
Today we took a six hours road drive once again back to Kathmandu. You can have free time in Kathmandu. In the evening you will take part in the farewell program with dinner at your hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Your Muktinath tour in Nepal has ended. Today we will sign out from the hotel and take you to the airport a few hours earlier than the scheduled flight time. Thanks for being with us it was a pleasure to have you all along!
