Pokhara city tour starts at around 8 a.m. in the morning after your breakfast our guide will pick you up from the hotel starting your sightseeing of the Pokhara valley. The first location will be the famous lake Phewa lake of the Pokhara valley in which you will be a boat trip around the lake from where you can get beautiful views of Annapurna massif on a clear day and the glimpse of Mt. Fishtail in the undisturbed water of the lake makes the lakeside truly fascinating. then we will be also visiting the Barahi temple that resides in the middle of the Lake. Then we head towards a popular waterfall approximately 2 km from the southwestern part of Pokhara also known as David’s falls. Named after a foreigner, David had fallen to the bottom of the fall while he was swimming in Phardi Khola. from the edge of the waterfall we get a stunning view of the waterfall which is also a center of attraction for many of the tourists visiting Pokhara. After spending some time here. we head towards Gupteshwor Temple which is inside a cave that holds a high value amongst the Hindu pilgrims. It preserves a phallic form of Lord Shiva called Shivalinga and is just parallel to David’s fall. It is now decorated with sculptures and art of many gods and goddesses. We can also reach the bottom of the Davids’ fall. Further, we head towards the International Mountaineering Museum a museum built in the shape of a mountain situated in the gateway of the trekking trail that leads us to the Annapurna region. The museum has records of all successful trekkers who attempted the climb of mountains that rise above eight thousand and all the major human activities inside the Annapurna region along with records of unique flora and fauna that are within Annapurna Conservation.
After a long day, we head back to the city and drop you off at your desired destination within the city.
