After your arrival in Kathmandu valley, where HATT representatives will be giving you a warm welcome. then our representative will transfer you to our hotel where will be assisting you to check in the hotel. Later that day after you had some rest, you will be briefed about your tour.
After having our breakfast we head towards Nepalgunj From Kathmandu via bus or a flight .where our guide will be meeting us and guide us to our hotel. A town situated in the western part of Terai is a major transport hub for western, mid-western, and far-western regions of Nepal and shares the border with India. Overnight stay will be at a hotel or lodge
Today after having our breakfast we head towards the airport to take 35 minutes long flight to Juphal. After reaching juphal we officially start our trek towards Dunai. The trail is easy and also has few jeeps running to and from. The trail descends down to Kalagauda .further, we cross Thuli Bheri River taking the trail along riverside taking us through pass Roop Ghar, water mill, and finally reach the Dunai (2150m) a small town and also the headquarter of the district. Around Dunai we can visit the Bon Stupa from where we can get a view of the town and another village, upper Dunai too. and school, Central Buddhist monastery, and the very first English medium school. Overnight in Dunai in a Guesthouse.
We officially enter the Dolpo Mustang route. We continue our trek as we take the trails along the classic trekking route of Dolpo via Sulighar. The trail is easy taking us through Phoksundo River then to Kageni. further, as we head towards Shangta, the trail offers us mesmerizing landscapes which change as we walk through the lush tropical forests before reaching Shangta. Further, as we continue heading north towards Chhepka we cross bridges over Phoksundo Khola and Maiaba Khola then head towards Sulighat. Our trek follows Trekking upstream along the trail beside Phoksundo Khola before arriving at Chhepka. overnight stay guesthouse /teahouse.
Today continuing on our trail that takes us beside Phoksundo Khola which is also a famous Lower Dolpa Circuit as we head towards Amchi Hospital. Further, we cross bridges over Phoksundo Khola as we head towards Kharka as the trail runs along the peaceful region ascending above Phoksundo Khola to Rechi 3011m, where we stopping for lunch after resting for we continue on our trail heading towards Rechi then to Sulligad Dovan. before we finally reach Chunuwar where we will be staying overnight.
Today after having our breakfast, We head towards Phoksundo lake. the trail takes us through forests of big cedars as we reach Palam (3710m), a small winter settlement used by the people of the Ringmo village. Then the route takes to the highest waterfall in Nepal then continues on to Ringmo village, a picturesque settlement with stone houses, mani walls. Camping overnight.
Today we explore the area around Ringmo Village and the magnificent Phoksundo Lake where there are several monasteries (Gompas ) and Bon-po religious sites that we can visit as we also explore the wonderful natural sites. then head to Tshowa (the lake-shore Bon Monastery), the Gompa nestling a ridge top above Phoksundo Lake, and finally paying our visit to Bon Monastery giving us a fascinating experience. Overnight camping.
Today’s trek will offer us some of the best landscapes and of Dolpo to Mustang Trek. After breakfast, we take the trails which ascend along the narrow trail along a cliff. Further, the trail descends to Phoksundo Khola camp on another side of the lake taking us through a beautiful pine forest. offering us mesmerizing views before reaching the campsite at Sallaghari. Enjoy the night in the camps amongst beautiful.
After having our breakfast we continue our trek as we resume on the previous trail taking us t through Kangla/Nangdala Base Camp 4100m.as the trails ascend up the narrow defile of Tuk Kyaksa River as we cross over the bridges over the rivers. Further, as we continue the trail takes us into a wide valley, canyon, and massive rock slab. We finally reach Kang La/Nangdala Base Camp- our campsite for the night.
Today we trek towards Shey Gompa and the ‘Crystal Mountain’, one of the most sacred peaks in the Dolpo region having great cultural importance. The trekking route to the top of Kang La/Nangdala Pass is a graveled trail that ascends for three continuous hours. the trail offers us mesmerizing views from the Kang La Pass and also breathtaking views of Cyrstal Mountain. after crossing the pass we are offered mesmerizing views of the peaks Shey Shikkar and Kang Chunnel. Further, the trail descends steeply down to the valley. A red chorten signifies the entrance to Shey Gompa. Overnight in Shey Gompa.
Today after having our breakfast we head to explore Shey Gompa which is about 800 years old monastery, with murals and an ancient scroll. The monastery is locally known as Shelri Sumdho Gompa. After our short visit, we continue on the trail that offers us beautiful landscapes. Then stars ascending to the top of Shey La Pass. As we cross the acme of Shey La Pass west of Shey, from where we are offered magnificent views of Mustang, Tibet, Kanjiroba, Kagmara, Riu Dhukta, and the Crystal Mountain. Further, as we continue on the trail which starts descending before finally reaching. Namgung where we will be spending the night.
Today before we head towards Saldang, we will be exploring Namgong Gompa .The trail takes us across Namga Khola cross then the trail decends down Saldang. Saldang is a beautiful village known for it Amchi tradition and Buddhism. After reaching saldang we can go visit many of the local houses, also famous for salt butter tea or chhyang (Tibetan barley beer).overnight at saldang.
Today after early breakfast we head towards Yanjer. As we further follow the trail We reach Yangjer Gumba where we will be having packed lunch. after resting for a while we head back to Saldan. overnight in Saldang.
Today we trek for six hours to reach Komash village. the trail takes us along Rapyha Khola. Further, the trail descends down steeply to Komash Village. Overnight in tents at Komash.
Today we leave Komash village as we head towards the shaman along the way we might be able to sight some endangered animals like a snow leopard or Blue sheep. The trail takes us past small villages along the way offering us mesmerizing landscapes of highland deserts. After finally, we reach Shimen. Overnight in the tented camps at Shimen.
Today the trail takes us along the side of Panjyang Khola. Further, we cross many villages and gompas on the way to Tinje. Overnight at Tinje.
As we continue on the previous trail From the village of Tinje Yak Kharka. the trail takes across many of the rivers in the region such as Panjyan Rive, Chholtam Khola, Panjyan Khola.,Thalum Khola, which flows from Thalum Lek .before we arrive at Yak Kharka. Overnight at Yak Kharka.
Early morning after having our breakfast taking the trail we cross over a bridge over the Sulun Khola. , before reaching Choila North Pass 5040m.As we are crossing this difficult part of the trek. The trail ascends to the top of Choila Pass from where we can view Tokyu camps. From here the trail decends till Choila Khola before we reach Tokyu, where we settle our camps for the overnight stay.
Today we head towards Dho Tarap, which is a large village decorated with colorful prayer flags. The trail takes us through chorten, Mani walls, and monasteries offering us the landscape of Villagers grow wheat, buckwheat, barley, potatoes, and green vegetables in terraced fields along with tea houses, shops, and lodges. During our hike, we will come across Ribo Bumpa Monastery & Drakmar Dewa Monastery, Mekhyim Monastery, Dhoro Monastery, and a Bon Gompa of Shipichowk. .this part of our trek gives us the opportunity of exploring Tibetian lifestyle culture and tradition .overnight at Dho Tarap.
Today, the trek covers a long distance. As we start the trek, we hike along the flat trail beside Tarap Khola to Mirububane Khola Dovan- the confluence of Tarap Khola and Mirubabane Khola. Then the trek slides down to the bridge over Klang Khloa at Langa Camp.
The trail continues to chase Tarap Khola with the picturesque views of arid landscapes. As the trek goes further the trail emerges and crosses passes several villages like Sisaul, Gyamghar, Toltol and finally we come to Nawarpani for the night stop.
Today we head towards lashicap taking the trail that runs beside Tarap Khola. Further, the trail’s vegetation starts changing into the green forest. Then we will be hiking above Tarap Khola to Lamchaur and Lahini Odar, here the trail descends down the hill to Chhedhul Gompa before reaching Tarap Khola .finally after crossing Tarap Khola we arrive at Laisicap. overnight at Lashicap
Today we will be trekking along woodlands high above Thuli Bheri River as we head towards Tarakot. The trail takes us across bridges and over a small stream stretching beside Thuli Bheri River to Dunai via Lawan and Byasgad with cultivated terraced fields on its East. We have our lunch at Dunai. overnight at Dunai.
Today we leave Dubai after having our breakfast. The trail runs alongside Bheri river to Kalagawda and then the trail ascends towards Juphal. Further, as we continue we reach Juphal. overnight stay in guesthouse or tea house.
Today we take a flight back to Nepalgunj From Juphal. After we reach Nepalgunj airport we wait some time for our flight connection for the flight to Kathmandu. After we reach Kathmandu where our representative will be waiting for our arrival. to transfers us to our hotel. Later, during the evening we will be going out to have a farewell typical Nepal dinner as a farewell celebration for our amazing embankment to the Dolpo region.
