A short trek gives an opportunity to those travellers who have limited time stay but want to trek to Everest region of Nepal. If you are one of them then Short Everest trek will be your ideal option. This tour takes you on a trail that guides you to the popular trading center of the Everest region – Namche Bazaar, home to the mountain heroes, the Sherpa and gateway to Everest. This tour gives you the opportunity of understanding their mountainous lifestyle, Culture and tradition of the ethnic people of that area, their lifestyle in the region of Nepal and to visit the Everest View Hotel from where you can get breathtaking views of the mountains in the Everest region like Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt Thamerku, and Mt. Ama Dablam and may other peaks .
The tour start trek starts after a scenic flight to Lukla during which you get to view of mountain panorama. Luka knows as world’s most thrilling airports with a narrow runway in a dramatic terrain. After your arrival in Lukla, the trek officially starts on the trail that descends down to Dudhkodhi River and ascends along well paved path to Phakding. The trail will take you through rhododendron forests, across suspension bridges, Rivers, the Sagarmatha National Park, Passing by many of the villages like Monjo and Jorsale before reaching Namche, Syangboche airport, Kunde hospital and a museum with photo gallery.
After, you arrive at the Tribhuvan international airport (TIA), Kathmandu, Nepal. Where our representative will be waiting for your arrival to transfer you to the hotel where you will be staying for the night.
After a quick breakfast, we head off towards the airport to catch a flight to Lukla. The flight offers to stun us with great panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges. As we are mesmerized by the breathtaking views we reach Lukla airport. After we land we will be meeting our trekking guide then we start the hiking towards Phakding. As we hike capturing every moment as we walk and catch a glimpse of the triple-peaked summit of Kusum Kanguru. Overnight in a guesthouse.
After having our breakfast, we continue our trek taking the trail to Monjo a small town also known as the gateway to Sagarmatha National Park. As we trek through Sagarmatha national park full of diverse and rare species of flora and fauna, evergreen forests of blue pine, deodar, and rhododendron. Then cross a final suspension bridge at the junction of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. we hike uphill for about two hours before reaching Namche Bazaar. where we will be staying overnight.
Today we will be acclimating to the new environment as we have ascended to higher elevations. Fortunately, there is a lot to see and to do around Namche Bazaar from where we are offered the first unobstructed view of Everest along with peaks like Thamserku, Kongde RI, and Ama Dablam. Then we head towards the Sherpa Culture Museum to get insight about their culture and traditions. Later we take a short hike to Syangboche Airport from where we are offered a stunning view of Namche Bazaar. Finally, we will be visiting the Hotel Everest View also regarded as the highest hotel in the world. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Today we head back towards Lukla after having our breakfast taking on the trail as we cross many of the suspension bridges decorated with prayer flags as it flatters in sync to the wind as we passing through the village of Cheung enjoying every landscapes and scenery as we head towards Lukla. Overnight here in Lukla.
Today we take our flight back to Kathmandu after having breakfast. Upon arrival, we head towards our hotel where you will get leisure time to explore Kathmandu and its local market. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Today is the last day of your tour with us. after breakfast, our representative will be dropping you off at the airport 3 hours prior to your fight time schedule.
