The Tamang Heritage Trail gives you the opportunity of exploring the rich culture and tradition of the Tibetan culture enhanced by vibrant colorful clothes and traditional dresses worn by the people along with magnificent views of the mountains along with florescent blooms of rhododendron flowers on the trail. the trail also offers you mesmerizing views sceneries of cerulean lakes like the Parvathi Kunda, Dudh Kunda, and Bhairav Kunda along with majestic views of mountains like Jugal and Ganesh Himal peaks quiddities of the Langtang Region.
Tamang Heritage Trail gives you the wonderful opportunity of excursing along the trail that passes the pleasing and unadulterated atmosphere of the unique customs and traditions of ethnic groups living in these areas .which is rich in culture and tradition reflected by monasteries, gumbas, chaityas, and Bihars the houses on these villages are ornamented by intricate carvings, the people weave baskets and wide array of handicrafts displayed throughout. In the evening, the people usually dance and sing folk songs dress up in traditional clothing with unique dialects. The trekking trail along with great panoramic mountain views of Langtang Region as we pass by many dainty settlements and Tamang villages like Gatlang, Goljung, Chilime, Thuman, Timure and Briddim on the trekking journey Everything about the villages is charming and reflects delightful quintessence. As the trekking trail is relatively a newly opened journey, the cultures and customs of the people have remained true to their origins. The journey will take you to the other side of the river towards the Tibetan border of Nepal.
After your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Today after having your breakfast you will be visiting UNESCO listed cultural heritage sites within Kathmandu valley such as Boudhanath stupa one of the biggest stupas and known for its Tibetan lifestyle and delicacies, Pashupatinath temple sacred temple of Hindu followers besides the holy Bagmati river and also the cremation area for the Hindu devotees, the Kathmandu Durbar Square a town square also known as the home to the living goddess of Nepal “Kumari” and Swayambhunath also known as “The monkey temple” offering us a great view of the valley from the top of the hill. After a long day, we head back to our hotel. Overnight in the hotel.
You will have a drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi, Today after breakfast we start our Langtang Valley Trek as we take a scenic drive of 7-8 hours via a jeep through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas to Syabru Bensi passing through Dhunche. While passing along the road at the bank of the Trishuli River, you can catch a glimpse of the Ganesh Himal, terrace farmlands wet with rice and mustard plantations and green hills. As we reach Syabru Bensi we check in the guesthouse. Overnight at Guesthouse.
Today we officially start our trek. After breakfast, we head towards Gatlang as taking the trail taking us through diverse traditional settlements as we reach Goljung a Tamang ethnic settlement on the hillside along with beautiful arrays of terrace farming where we will be attaining a cultural program. Later we will be visiting highlights of this area the Tamang monastery and Parvathi Kunda Lake. Overnight at Guesthouse.
Today we make our way towards Tatopani meaning “Hot Water”.tatopani is a natural hot spring where we can rest and let lose ourselves take a hot bath in the natural springs situated at the lap of the Himalayas, from where we can get glimpses of Langtang massifs and Ganesh Himal. We will also be visiting Thuman a village which is widely known for its astounding views of Langtang Himalayas as well as for their Shamanic performance and later we visit Nagthali a meditation center for monks and priests from where we can get a panoramic view of the Langtang massifs, Sanjen massifs, Ganesh and Kerung Himal. Overnight at Guesthouse.
Today after having our breakfast we head towards Timure an old trade route to Tibet along with a fort giving us a historical flashback of the Nepal Tibetan relations that have existed for many centuries. Overnight at community lodge.
Today we make our way to Briddim a Tibetan Buddhist village in the bosom of Langtang Himal from Timur, here you get to observe the architecture of houses in which the ethnic people of this area live in .as, the culture and tradition of Briddim closely resemble that of nearly Tibetan villages Most of the houses are made up of stones and have roofs of split slate. Overnight at community lodge.
Today after having our breakfast we continue on the trail which gradually descends through villages, terraced farmlands, and offering us breathtaking views of surrounded hills. Overnight at guesthouse.
Today after breakfast we take a scenic drive back towards the Kathmandu valley via a jeep as we enjoy the lush green county side road along with some of the best hilly landscapes. Overnight Stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.as we reach Kathmandu valley we check in our hotel .later that in the evening we head out to have a farewell dinner.
Today is the last day of your tour with us. After breakfast, our representative will be dropping you off at the airport 3 hours prior to your fight time schedule.
